Returns
I would never want anyone to feel stuck with a painting or print they don’t love. As a small, independent artist, I handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and I’m always happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
If you receive a piece and it isn’t quite right for you, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork. Include your order number and a brief note explaining the issue. I’ll respond promptly, and together we’ll determine the best way forward, whether that’s a return, exchange, or alternative solution.
Please note:

The artwork must be returned in its original condition, carefully packed to prevent damage.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer, unless the piece arrives damaged or not as described.

Originals and limited-edition prints are unique; depending on availability, exchanges may be limited.
Because each piece is created and handled by me personally, I ask for patience and understanding as we work through returns.
My goal is always to ensure you feel happy with your artwork and confident in your purchase.

Payment Methods
I accept credit / debit card payments and PayPal. Please double check your basket prior to payment to ensure all is present and correct - that you have chosen the right artwork for you and the correct size print.

All copyright and reproduction rights to all Jo Wright artworks are fully retained by the artist and are legally protected by UK and international copyright laws.
