FAQs
Q: What's the difference between an "original" and a "print"? A: A print is a high quality reproduction of an original painting. I photograph my original painting and print them myself using my Epson p-900 SureColour Inkjet printer. I ensure my prints are as close to the original painting as possible. All of my prints are archival.
Q: How much is postage? A: It's 100% free. For prints and merch I post 2nd class Royal mail within two working days of receiving your order. For original pieces I prefer to deliver in person if possible. Otherwise I courier at no additional charge.
Q: Is ordering art online safe? A: I address this in my blog. Ordering from an unknown business can be daunting. I am an independent small business. Everything is done by me. From the website, logistics, bookings, painting, literally everything. I can personally guarantee the quality of my work.
Q: What's your returns policy? A: If you experience buyers remorse, I accept returns as long as it's in the same condition it left me. As I personally handle every element of my business, including packaging and posting orders, you can be 100% confident that your order will be securely packaged. You will get a full refund, though you will need to pay for postage.
Q: Is this art mass produced? A: Absolutely not - I don't have enough ink! I paint, photograph, print, package and post absolutely everything with my own hands. Everything on my site is original and unique.
Q: Why should I buy art from you? A: I’ve spent years developing my practice. Many collectors choose my work to mark meaningful moments: a promotion, a new home, or simply as a way to treat themselves. Original art holds both personal and lasting value, and every piece I sell directly supports my independent studio.
